Manager
A significant challenge is managing communication and coordination across multiple departments which leads to delay in decision making and projects implementation

Clinical Social Worker
One of the biggest problems I face in my work as a clinical social worker is managing my caseload effectively while ensuring each client receives personalized, timely support. Due to the large number of clients and administrative work involved, I often struggle to keep track of case notes, follow-up dates, and essential documentation, which leads to gaps in client care and increased stress.

Project Manager
There are a lot of tasks being streamlined in day-by-day by leadership and upper-management. There isn't consistency on how this is being delivered, so it can feel very overwhelming for the project team. As the project manager, I try to organize things into realistic timelines, but it's hard with the current oversight and software.

Activity Director
Community involvement at nursing homes seems to be waning dramatically. The motivation for residents to participate in activities is also waning. It has been happening since before COVID-19 began, and I am not sure why. Other activity directors have had the same problem all over the US. If this lack of motivation can be pinpointed, we can make the lives of so many people so much better.

The debt people have to go in to get services they need is absurd. I love being able to help but the amount of pain we cause in the process is ridiculous. Insurance companies setting hoops for patients to jump through, increasing costs is unnecessary. Doctors should treat. Not insurance agents. Not income.

I own a medical billing company that provides medical billing to private practice physicians. The amount of technology that has become available has only increased the workload. I feel that I spend more time responding to error that the mega billing software has than having the time to actually get the claims paid.

Caregiver
I work in a hospital as a CCT and I can't get the smell off of me. It's some mix of the nitrile gloves and hand sanitizer and general bodily fluid smell even though I always double glove and gown while cleaning patients. I thought the sanitizer was getting under my nails but I've been cleaning my hands like crazy and washing every square inch of my body but it won't go away. It sucks when I'm trying to sleep and randomly get a whiff of some hospital stench. Any tips?

Our biggest problem is our workflow. We struggle to get everyone on the same page, share information, understand expectations, and work as a cohesive team. Instead, people do their own thing, which causes no one to communicate and things getting overlooked.

Nurse
Staffing shortages are a major issue for nurses. When our units are short staffed, it means each nurse has to take on a heavier workload. We end up feeling stretched thin, rushing from one patient to another, and struggling to give each person the attention and care they need. This needs to be fixed.
