One of the biggest pain points I face daily is managing my time efficiently. Between work, personal commitments, and trying to maintain a healthy balance, I often feel like I'm juggling too many tasks at once. It’s hard to prioritize, and I frequently end up feeling overwhelmed or like I’m not making progress on important goals. I wish there was a tool or system that could help me organize tasks in a way that makes prioritization easier and less stressful.

Finding talented and capable employees to hire. In my case it's looking for programmers. The solutions that exist in the marketplace are crude blunt tools that are gamed by terrible tech "body shops" in 3rd world countries that push barely-capable people upon us and take the majority of their pay. While there are solutions like Indeed out there that try to disintermediate them, those platforms have been overrun by these soul-sucking people as well.

I would like a platform that could summarize and organize notes from all of the different client calls we have, that I could reference for information whenever I need it. Currently no platform is able to do all of the above: individual platforms address individual issues within this scenario (ex. one platform takes notes automatically during a call, another acts as a document repository, etc). A unified platform that can do all of the above, with an included LLM that has access and memory of all of the different conversations, deliverables, etc would be a truly powerful asset.

I need some quick advice before I call my lawyer. I run a business in CA, and one of my employees is starting a competing venture on the side. They've filed paperwork, contacted our vendors, and tried to steal clients – all while on the clock. I've got clauses in their contract, but suing in CA for breaches is tough. This is new territory for me after 8 years. The employee's a top performer, but I can't let them take advantage. Do I sue or terminate? Worried things could get ugly. Thoughts?
