One of the biggest pain points I face daily is managing my time efficiently. Between work, personal commitments, and trying to maintain a healthy balance, I often feel like I'm juggling too many tasks at once. It’s hard to prioritize, and I frequently end up feeling overwhelmed or like I’m not making progress on important goals. I wish there was a tool or system that could help me organize tasks in a way that makes prioritization easier and less stressful.

What solutions can a web developer provide? I am in one improvement process, I would like you to help me, I am looking for my services to be based on the problems that people have and to see from the point of view of my knowledge in programming what I can contribute.

Finding talented and capable employees to hire. In my case it's looking for programmers. The solutions that exist in the marketplace are crude blunt tools that are gamed by terrible tech "body shops" in 3rd world countries that push barely-capable people upon us and take the majority of their pay. While there are solutions like Indeed out there that try to disintermediate them, those platforms have been overrun by these soul-sucking people as well.

While our app provides manual, self-service password reset options, password requests continue to make up +- 10% of support requests. What are ways you have reduced or eliminated these types of requests from your support queue?

I would like a platform that could summarize and organize notes from all of the different client calls we have, that I could reference for information whenever I need it. Currently no platform is able to do all of the above: individual platforms address individual issues within this scenario (ex. one platform takes notes automatically during a call, another acts as a document repository, etc). A unified platform that can do all of the above, with an included LLM that has access and memory of all of the different conversations, deliverables, etc would be a truly powerful asset.

I wish I had the ability to automate data entry into our CRM system.

Compliance and regulations are such a pain. I just want to write good software. But so much time is spent documenting and filing paperwork for compliance. It really sucks the joy out of doing software development. How can we make compliance less painful?

I have too many meetings. They take up so much of my time and it leaves me with little time to do the actual work that needs to be done.

Project flow, projects take too long. Some PMs do not track, waiting on pieces from other departments.

It is so tough to get new positions approved, even though we need them. We are constantly asked to do more with less.

We keep getting tasked with doing more while reducing or maintaining headcount. It is a painful process to get new positions approved.

Even though our sales and revenues are growing, are margins aren't. The cost of personnel, IT, and overall overheard costs continue to increase beyond the point at which we can raise our prices.

Funding. It is a constant struggle to find the right partners that can help us grow.

The biggest pain point is dealing with annoying people who are impossible to please. It is hard to deal with employees who have unreasonable requests and are not willing to be reasonable. They are not self-aware of their own limits and capabilities.

Improving conversion of Call to Action on client website.

I need some quick advice before I call my lawyer. I run a business in CA, and one of my employees is starting a competing venture on the side. They've filed paperwork, contacted our vendors, and tried to steal clients – all while on the clock. I've got clauses in their contract, but suing in CA for breaches is tough. This is new territory for me after 8 years. The employee's a top performer, but I can't let them take advantage. Do I sue or terminate? Worried things could get ugly. Thoughts?

Struggling to win over my new team and get them to embrace the tools I was hired to implement. Despite the CTO's initial enthusiasm, I'm facing resistance in getting even basic systems adopted, like CI/CD that should help with code reviews. Is there a techincal solution, or do I need to charm my way through this?
